I’m a first time Jeep owner. I had never heard of Farrish prior to walking into the dealership. Let me say I am a Jeep girl for life! Honestly, the experience was great. It started with Mo and ended with Basem and Fahim. I was so picky and visited the dealership three times before I could decide. All three guys just really were great and I felt they treated me fairly. I took the Jeep out multiple times on different days. They were super kind without being pushy! Oh, and don’t forget Jesse Kim in Finance. I love that they partner with AFCU. He had a lot of patience answering all my questions (some I asked twice). You have gained a customer for life.

First I am retired network news and Fire Department Omar Fall from Farrish of Fairfax was the best salesman that I have had to deal with in 40 years. I tried using Congressional Federal Credit Union site and this was a total waste of time as the dealers on the site constantly tried pushing cars on the lot and not what I wanted. The dealers would not even honor price quotes. So I widened my search to 200 miles and would have driven to California for a better price. Mr. Fall did not play any games from the start. I told him exactly what I wanted and did not want. He then found my vehicle and informed me that I would be paying $5,000 under invoice by calling it internet pricing. This was perfect no manure and straight forward. Omar then went to work finding additional discounts. We agreed on a price including a minimal trade-in price. But that was not good enough for Mr. Fall when I arrived on October 29th the first words after greeting me was. “I FOUND YOU AN ADDITIONAL DISCOUNT” and I need you to fill out the form for 1st responder. Now this is the type of car dealership I will recommend! If I had known Omar in July my son would have purchased his Subaru thru him. I also have told my daughter who will be looking for a vehicle next year that Omar is the way to go. Home delivery was never offered due to distance. But I would have taken it in a heartbeat. My only fault is correspondence was a little slow as I am not sure they understood I was seriously purchasing the vehicle and a slight name confusion was caused. Jesse Kim also handled the financial section with confidence. What I would recommend for Dodge and Chrysler is as follows 1) I had to dodge 6 deer on my way home. Deer Whistles molded in the bumper would help. 2) The crash censor needs to be on at all times even when cruise is not in use. (Friends have this on foreign cars even in reverse. 3) A single cruise control with following distance is only needed. The fact that when I turn on cruise then active following causes the regular cruise to disengage. 4) Being of age the better load leveling shocks should either be an standard or option on all future cars. 5) I gave up cell phones to I cannot speak about this function 6) Maps should always be a part of any vehicle. For the first time in my life I purchased a garmin. Interesting as I would only use if locally
