Hi all. I don't do this often, believe me, but I thought everyone should know the incredible experience that I recently had at Farrish CJDRAM. On Tuesday, Nov 14th, I purchased a brand-new 2023 RAM 2500 Night Crew Cab in Flame Red Clearcoat. Their advertised asking price was super reasonable (actually well below everyone in the D.C. Metropolitain area) and their Sales Manager, Vinny Choi, was more than fair on my low mileage 2016 Chevy Silverado 1500 Crew Cab trade-in. Vinny was extremely professional throughout and was overly responsive to his entire staff regarding my needs. My salesman, Samir Kohistani, was absolutely incredible! He went above and beyond servicing me on Tuesday. I can't even begin to tell you all how impressed I was with his caring customer service, his friendly demeanor, and his overall professionalism! I felt that there was nothing this young man wouldn't do for me and my new RAM 2500. Being in law enforcement now for over (26) years, I can totally appreciate fantastic public/customer service. He was an absolute rockstar and made me feel valued the entire time! Lastly, Finance Consultant, Ariel Sandy, was also a solid performer. I felt that he heard everything I had to say regarding finalizing the total package as we both met easily on common ground. He and Vinny also did not waste any of my valuable time towards the end of the buying process - which I appreciated since I had over an hour commute back to MD. This is now the second vehicle I have purchased from Farrish within in the last decade and no matter where we retire to - I would not hesitate to drive back to Virginia to purchase yet another vehicle from them. The service was excellent. Staff was friendly and conscientious, under promising and over producing. Appreciated the clean car at the end of this processed, washed and buffed.
My service appointment was handled in a very rapid and efficient manner. I was greeted by the staff immediately upon arrival and the work to be performed was explained. I waited on-site for the work to be finished, which was only 45 minutes. I am very satisfied.

When my Subaru Outback reached 30K maintenance, I booked an appointment on last Saturday morning through iPhone MySubaru app. Soon I got confirmation text message from this dealer. Farrish had a Crosstrek listed online that we came in specifically to see. The car was not on lot but he’d get it on site. It took 5 minutes and he had this immaculate 2017 ready for test drive. The sales team was very professional and the no pressure sales was perfect for my daughter’s first time purchase!

The Fairfax Subaru dealer is convenient to access on the Rd 29. The service team is ready for driving in customers. They are courtesy and answer/explain questions customers asked. I like their services and will come back when car service is needed. I have a Subaru Outback and came to Fairfax Subaru for regular maintenances and repair many times. Each time I received satisfied services and got excellent results. I strongly recommend it to you to my friends and neighbors.

I was just starting my search for a new car. I test drive vehicles at other places but I knew I also wanted to drive Subarus. The staff were great and although I had to wait because the place was busy, people were still being attentive to me. The salesman was amazing and I didn’t feel like he was trying to push a sale. He was completely honest. I ended up going back the next day to make a purchase. The buying process was smooth. I’d highly recommend this dealership. They have experienced salespeople that truly listen to what you want.
I had two of my cars serviced this week at Farrish Subaru. The service went well and the price was fair. I worked with Nahum and he was very responsive to my inquiries. He provided the information I needed to make the best decision about the services to have performed on the cars. I am most appreciative of his willingness to work with me on the overall cost of the services. This was the first time I purchased tires from the dealership as part of a service visit. Nahum was able to convince me that purchasing tires and the related tire services from the dealership would be my best option. My research indicated that Nahum was correct. We have purchased 4 Subarus from Farrish and have all the maintenance performed by their service department. The most recent visit was consistent with past visits if not better. Danny Montana is the beat service associate you could ever hope for. He knows how to work with the technicians, and most importantly with customers—because he listens ans genuinely wants to make the customer happy.
