I am very happy with my experience buying a car from Farrish. The atmosphere was calm and friendly professionalism. My sales consultant Basem Saleh made me feel comfortable from the start. Basem was genuine and helpful, and I never felt pressured or rushed; yet the process was surprisingly quick. I initially contacted GM Fawad Osmani about the type vehicle I needed and he found one in inventory that exceeded my expectations. Fawad was not only friendly to me, but interacted with his associates in a manner that was refreshing to witness. Fawad also managed to work me into a financing plan that surprised me compared to what I was expecting due to some negative info on my credit. I would not hesitate to do business with Farrish again in the future.

Made an appt at 5:55pm for 6pm for an oil change &tire rotation. Even with the late appt, the service mngr, Aaron, got the job done for me.

Very satisfied with the level of service and technical expertise. Brought in my car for the 60k service and upon return it ran like new again. I factory ordered a new Durango Hellcat at reasonable pricing. No hassle with add-ons. Received good trade-in value. The sale was no nonsense and exactly as specified. The parts department is the best in the area at tracking down any Mopar part I'm looking for.

Low pressure sales rep (Mo) was helpful and knowledgeable about the different models and trim lines for the Jeep Grand Cherokee. He had a pleasant demeanor and was not overly pushy as you might expect a car salesman to be.

Where do used cars get detailed prior to getting placed on display for sale? The dealership, of course! I find that they do a better job than detaik shops for LESS than detail shop.. Not every dealer though. Farrish brought my 17 Dodge Charger back to almost the first day when I bought it. Those annoying light scratches on the sides of the car were gone.. GONE,! Wash and wax on the outside and the interior is showroom worthy, with all leather (and there is a lot of it) treated properly. I parted with my car for a day and got back into a beautiful like new car. Well done! See you in 6 months!

Since I purchase my car from this dealer, regularly received the service reminders, so I can visit the garage for regular maintenances, and keep my car in best condition. When my Subaru Outback reached 30K maintenance, I booked an appointment on last Saturday morning through iPhone MySubaru app. Soon I got confirmation text message from this dealer.
