I’m a pretty skeptical person when it comes to buying cars and for that reason I had stayed out of dealerships but I was recommended to Farrish by a friend and figured I would give it a try. FeFe was our salesman and he was extremely knowledgeable and helpful about the type of cars in my budget. He made sure to ask what I was COMFORTABLE paying- and then showed me the long list of cars that met that. There was no pressure & he encouraged me to THINK about what I wanted. Not to buy something I would regret or wouldn’t like the next day. Next, Fawad worked MAGIC! The knowledge this man has about cars, credit and everything in between is ASTOUNDING and empowering! I am very happy with my experience buying a car from Farrish. The atmosphere was calm and friendly professionalism. My sales consultant Basem Saleh made me feel comfortable from the start. Basem was genuine and helpful, and I never felt pressured or rushed; yet the process was surprisingly quick. I initially contacted GM Fawad Osmani about the type vehicle I needed and he found one in inventory that exceeded my expectations. Fawad was not only friendly to me, but interacted with his associates in a manner that was refreshing to witness. Fawad also managed to work me into a financing plan that surprised me compared to what I was expecting due to some negative info on my credit. I would not hesitate to do business with Farrish again in the future.
