so i picked up my 23 Rubicon from these guys yesterday! the experience was super easy for my first time NEW car buying experience. I travelled all the way from NYC to make this purchase and everything was handled through email prior to me arriving at the dealer. i was in and out with my beautiful car in under one hr and only bc they had to finish up with another customer (it was a sunday afternoon and i think staff was limited) there was no "up selling me" or " trying to get me to buy something else". Jay was super courteous and answered all my emails promptly and even followed up today about a question i had mentioned to Saad (he assisted with delivery and was also very detailed and thorough in showing me the car). I initially dealt with Vinny on the forums and that interaction was also super smooth.... to the point that i was in disbelief when my order was placed so quickly. the vehicle was immaculate when i arrived to pick it up. i drove her back home 4.5 hrs away and it was a smooth ride with no issues. i will recommend these guys to anyone looking for a CDJR product. it is also nice to know also that they dont just sell the products, they also live their products as you can see by the numerous and beautiful Rigs they own themselves. This was the first new car i ever purchase and I am so glad I ended up buying from the guys at Farrish.

Very hospitable establishment, great management team. Went in to trade my wife challenger in for another and came to the guys at Farrish. Met with Fahim, Vinny and Samir, they really took care of us with agreeing on numbers before we saw Victor in finance, that process was very smooth and relaxing unlike other dealers. Hi all. I don't do this often, believe me, but I thought everyone should know the incredible experience that I recently had at Farrish CJDRAM. On Tuesday, Nov 14th, I purchased a brand-new 2023 RAM 2500 Night Crew Cab in Flame Red Clearcoat. Their advertised asking price was super reasonable (actually well below everyone in the D.C. Metropolitain area) and their Sales Manager, Vinny Choi, was more than fair on my low mileage 2016 Chevy Silverado 1500 Crew Cab trade-in. Vinny was extremely professional throughout and was overly responsive to his entire staff regarding my needs. My salesman, Samir Kohistani, was absolutely incredible! He went above and beyond servicing me on Tuesday. I can't even begin to tell you all how impressed I was with his caring customer service, his friendly demeanor, and his overall professionalism! I felt that there was nothing this young man wouldn't do for me and my new RAM 2500. Being in law enforcement now for over (26) years, I can totally appreciate fantastic public/customer service. He was an absolute rockstar and made me feel valued the entire time! Lastly, Finance Consultant, Ariel Sandy, was also a solid performer. I felt that he heard everything I had to say regarding finalizing the total package as we both met easily on common ground. He and Vinny also did not waste any of my valuable time towards the end of the buying process - which I appreciated since I had over an hour commute back to MD.
