Purchased the 2021 Grand Cherokee —Limited. Uday did a good job to explain the process and comparison between new vs used. Only issue was that Owners manual was not there, but I do have PDF. Sales team were pleasant to deal with.

Basically it was my first time ever buying a new car at a dealership. My man Uday made the experience feel like it was my 5th car from their lot. Very knowledgeable guy, always willing to go out of his way to satisfy the customer's need. They even took my car that basically had no value on the market due to high mileage. If your are not buying from Farrish of fairfax you might as well just stay home.

Uday was very welcoming when he introduced himself and made every effort to be personable. He listened to my needs and didn’t try to exceed my price range. I never felt pressured for add-ons but he meticulously explained cost/benefit for different packages. I was able to quickly go in and secure a great deal within 2 hours. I highly recommend Uday for his easy going demeanor, attentive listening skills, and great recommendations.
