We worked with Don Choi throughout the whole buying process. Don reached out to me quickly after I clicked the check availability button on the Ram website to let me know the truck I was interested in was on the lot and available. When we arrived at the dealership to test drive the truck, Don informed us that he did some research (on Thanksgiving Day) and found another truck in their inventory that was identical to the one I asked about for almost $1,800 less expensive. The sales process was quick and signing the papers was a breeze. I contacted Don the day after the purchase to ask what I would need to install side steps on the truck. Once again, he was quick to respond and provide me with the correct part number for the mounting kit I needed.

I had the luck of meeting an awesome salesman. Mr Don Choi was a very knowledgeable agent who helped me secure the vehicle that I wanted. Every question that I asked was answered and he was right on point. The dealership was awesome, and if I had to buy another car I would call and ask for him again. It’s great when a salesperson knows the car inside and out. If you buy a car from Farrish I would ask for Mr Don Choi by name.

The Farrish staff was great but Don Choi went above and beyond to ensure it was my best sales experience ever, from start to finish. I was there to get my vehicle appraised but ended up buying my dream truck off the showroom floor. The battery wasn’t quite ready but Don ensured I got a nice loaner to drive home while they charged it overnight. An added bonus was the ordered Mopar running boards were installed before I picked it up the next day. Don even personally ensured my new truck was safe and in good hands the entire time. I will recommend Don Choi to everyone I know. Thanks again!

Don and his team were so amazing! I came in on December 1 dealing with an issue with my current Jeep. I needed to get two batteries replaced and I had recently just gotten them replaced. So when they told me my total for all of the repairs on my current jeep was going to be over $2000, I decided it would just be best to try to trade in my jeep. Don was super helpful and understanding throughout this whole process. He was super patient and explaining the process to me about my trade-in and how to go about getting For the newer car. He showed me a plethora of vehicles, but I ended up going with a brand new 2024 jeep grand Cherokee. I told him how I didn’t know if I would be approved since my credit wasn’t in the best shape, but him and his manager did everything they could to give me the most for my trade-in, and give me the best Financing they could at the time. They ended up giving me over 2K more for Johnny (my old jeep) just to help me out. My finance rate is stupid high, but that is due to no fault of anyone, but my own. I have plans to refinance, and the finance guy there was super helpful and telling me the best time to refinance, and how much time I would need to wait to do so. it was the holidays, and it felt really great to have such a great team have my back during this pretty tough, but ultimately the best decision I think I could’ve made! I am super happy with my purchase, and grateful for the amazing team, they have there at Farrish ! I’m not really sure why there are so many negative reviews, because my experience has been quite the opposite. Even a week ago I didn’t know how to put air in my tires and was scared to damage them. Don took me to Wawa and showed me exactly what to do and how to do it! Admittedly I felt kind of stupid, but it was so sweet that they were still willing to help me even after my purchase. He follows up on a regular basis to make sure I have no questions about my new vehicle, and checked up on me the day after. I am so happy that I came here when I did, and did business at Farrish! So thank you, Don and team. You guys are the best!
